Finding purpose today
march 7, 2026
Bay Village, Ohio
For women who are ready to . . .
take a day for themselves
examine the stages of adulthood
talk about resilience and what matters most
learn the five P’s for purpose
Winter is cold in northern Ohio. What better time to continue our journey as “unfinished women,” as Joan Anderson would say. It is so important to step away from day-to-day life to rest, reflect and renew with other women.
”As Mary Oliver wrote, “What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
Join us for a day of contemplation, community, and centeredness. We will share thoughts, consider different stages of being an adult, learn a new way to look at purpose, and leave feeling rejuvenated no matter what the weather is.
Before spring truly arrives, give yourself a gift of time for you - feel free to bring your cozy slippers, a throw, and anything that gives you comfort.

THANK YOU for an absolutely amazing day!!! It was insightful, enlightening, joyful, challenging, thought-provoking, delightful, educational, stimulating, revealing, and fabulous to share time with you and the wonderful community of women you gathered to share, learn, and grow together in life.

Your retreat was overflowing with wonderfulness------ice breakers, great music, great discussions, easy schedule (the day went by too quickly), wise dialogue and inspirations from you, intriguing questions for each topic encouraging us to ponder deeply within, engaging reflections of where we've been and considerations for where we want to go.
A note from Diane
Having been a caregiver for most of my life, I am deeply passionate about education and the journey of self-discovery. Over the years, attending numerous retreats has taught me the incredible value of taking intentional time for yourself. I’ve come to understand that I am so much more than just a first-born daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, registered nurse, and educator and I recognize and honor the value of taking time for yourself.
Sharing insights with other women during dedicated time away from the busyness of daily life brings me as much joy as the light I see shining in their eyes. Finding Purpose Today came as a result of Covid back in 2020, originally done on Zoom. It is wonderful to be able to be in person today. Zoom is still available if there is interest. Just reach out and let me know.
I invite you to join me in this serene setting as we stretch into our true selves and believe in what purpose can do for us.
